2Check your details
Your personal NMLS number isn't in the directory — type it in yourself. Anything else wrong or blank? Fix it here for now — then tell IT so it gets corrected in the directory and stays right next time.
3Copy and paste it in
Preview
Open Outlook and click the gear icon in the top right.
Go to Accounts → Signatures.
Delete any old signature you've made, then click New signature and name it Origna8.
Click into the big edit box and press Ctrl + V.
Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.
In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail.
Click the Signatures button.
Delete any old signature, then click New and name it Origna8.
Click into the edit box at the bottom and press Ctrl + V.
On the right, set New messages and Replies/forwards to Origna8. Click OK.
The full signature doesn't work on phones — images and layout get stripped.
In the Outlook app, tap your profile picture → gear icon → Signature.
Type a short plain-text version instead: your name, title, NMLS #, and mobile number, then the line Origna8 Mortgage, NMLS #2336339 | Equal Housing Opportunity.
